Primary Calendar

For specific dates, please download our calendar above for the current school year. For planning purposes, our calendar is structured as such:

• Our school year runs from the Tuesday after Labor Day until the last Friday in May. We host transitional days the Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday before Labor Day for select groups of students (new students, returning students, and kindergartners come on specific days).

• Fall break is Wednesday through Friday the week of Thanksgiving.

• Winter break and spring break follow the Cincinnati Public Schools calendar. 

• Additional holidays observed are Martin Luther King, Jr. Day and Memorial Day.

• We have parent-teacher conferences in October (all students), March (preschoolers), and May (kindergartners) to collaborate on your child’s development.
